Orders

Statistics related to this group provide detailed information on all orders during the Simulation experiment for the specified Scenario.

Demand (Orders Backlog)

Shows the quantity of incomplete orders (orders that currently lack the required amount of products).

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing the number of incomplete orders.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the type of object the data is collected on (DC, Factory).
    • Object — the name of the object (DC, Factory) the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.

Demand Placed (Dropped Late Orders) by Customer (Online Shop)

Shows statistics on the quantity of orders that were late and as a result declined to be received by the customer.

The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing the orders the customers could not place.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the object the data is collected on (Customer(Online shop)).
    • Object — the name of the customer the data is collected on.

Demand Placed (Dropped Orders) by Customer

Shows statistics on the quantity of orders that a customer could not place. This may refer to the following cases:

  • Customer fails to find a product source (e.g. empty group of suppliers is specified).
  • A facility offering ordered products meets at least one of the conditions:
    • The path is not specified
    • Batch is not available
  • A facility has no product or its current stock amount cannot satisfy the customer's demand and backorder policy is not allowed (see the Demand table). In this case the order will be considered as lost on the facility's side and as dropped on the customer's side.

The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing the orders the customers could not place.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the customer the data is collected on.
    • Object — the name of the customer the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Source — the source that supplied the object with the requested product.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.

Demand Placed (Orders) by Customer

Shows statistics on the total quantity of placed orders. The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing placed orders.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the customer the data is collected on.
    • Object — the name of the customer the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.

Demand Placed (Orders) by Site

Shows statistics on the daily quantity of outgoing orders placed by the DC and Factory objects for replenishing their inventory. The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing placed orders.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the type of object the data is collected on (DC, Factory).
    • Object — the name of the object (DC, Factory) the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.

Demand Received (Dropped Orders)

Shows statistics on the quantity of unsuccessful orders on the facility's side i.e., the orders that a customer could not place. The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing lost orders. The order will be considered as lost on the facility's side and as dropped on the customer's side if the facility has no product or current stock amount cannot satisfy the customer's demand and backorder policy is not allowed (see the Demand table).
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the type of object the data is collected on (DC, Factory).
    • Object — the name of the object (DC, Factory) the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Destination — the customer the product is delivered to.

Demand Received (Orders)

Shows statistics on the daily quantity of orders received by a site (DC, Factory, Supplier). The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing the orders, placed by the customers.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the type of object the data is collected on (DC, Factory, Supplier).
    • Object — the name of the object (Customer, DC, Factory, Supplier) the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.
    • Destination — the customer the product is delivered to.
  • Collected on daily basis.

Fulfillment (Late Orders)

Shows statistics on the quantity of orders, which failed to arrive within the specified Expected Lead Time (see the Demand table), i.e., it is the orders that are still being delivered after the ELT has expired. The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing the orders that have exceeded the Expected Lead Time and are still being delivered.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the customer the data is collected on.
    • Object — the name of the Customer the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Source — the source that supplied the object with the requested product.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.

Fulfillment Received (Orders On-time)

Shows statistics on the quantity of orders delivered within the specified Expected lead time (see the Demand table). The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing the delivered in time orders.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the custoer the data is collected on.
    • Object — the name of the Customer the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Source — the source that supplied the object with the requested product.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.

Fulfillment Received (Orders)

Shows statistics on the daily quantity of orders in the shipments delivered to the DC and Factory objects. The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing incoming shipments, (late shipments are considered only when they are received).
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the type of object the data is collected on (DC, Factory).
    • Object — the name of the object (DC, Factory) the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.
  • Collected on daily basis.

Fulfillment Received (Orders) by Customer

Shows statistics on the total number of orders delivered to the customer. The data is:

  • Defined as the sum of orders that were delivered as late orders and Fulfillment Received (Orders On-time)
  • Updated at the end of each day, showing delivered orders.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the type of object the data is collected on (Customer, DC, Factory, Supplier).
    • Object — the name of the object (Customer, DC, Factory, Supplier) the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.

Fulfillment Shipped (Orders)

Shows statistics on the daily quantity of orders sent to customers. The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing data on sent shipments.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the type of object the data is collected on (DC, Factory, Supplier).
    • Object — the name of the object (DC, Factory, Supplier) the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Destination — the customer the product was delivered to.
    • Vehicle type — the vehicle type used to perform delivery.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.

Orders Produced

Shows statistics on the number of orders produced by the factory (factories). The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing orders that have been produced.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the type of object the data is collected on (Factory, custom user-created factory).
    • Object — the name of the object (Factory, custom user-created factory) the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.

Production Requests (Orders)

Shows statistics on the number of production orders. The data is:

  • Updated at the end of each day, showing received order production requests.
  • Collected per:
    • Type — the type of object the data is collected on (Factory, custom user-created factory).
    • Object — the name of the object (Factory, custom user-created factory) the data is collected on.
    • Product — the products the data is collected on.
    • Period — the period during which the data is collected.
